Outreach and Advocacy

St. Marys Outreach and Advocacy Program serves over 500 seniors annually, helping the frail elderly to live independently as long as possible. We coordinate care with medical professionals, give referrals to resources such as In Home Support Services, the Senior Companion program, and Immigration Services, including assistance in becoming a U.S. citizen. Our staff provide telephone reassurance and home visits, emotional support, assistance with filling out forms, escorts to the bank or shopping, and other services.
